People are the heart of everything I do. No matter what nationality or culture a person comes from, we can always communicate though food. It truly is the international language.

A great meal always starts with top quality ingredients. Food grown with the health of people and the planet as priority fuels my inspiration to create beautiful dishes full of flavour.




PASSION



My love for food provides me with constant energy and enthusiasm to live by my mantra: “Laugh. Be grateful, positive, hospitable, and help make people feel good”.



MY STORY



It was probably a stroke of good luck that I didn’t have a clue how much it would take to go from Commis Pastry Chef in one of the most famous patisseries in Athens (Haramis est. 1925), to being the Director of Culinary for over 30 five-star hotels throughout China and Asia. The journey has included three Michelin starred restaurants including 'Aqua' in Wolsburg (Germany), and 'Restaurant Gordon Ramsay' (London, UK), plus other fine dining establishments in Russia, Spain, Thailand, Philippines and Dubai.

These days when we visit our favourite restaurants and cafes, there’s an expectation to know where our food comes from. Also, as interest in sustainability soars, the restaurant trend towards farm to table dining has certainly grown in popularity.


However, establishing a close connection between the farmer, the produce and the people I cook for has always been a personal priority.

I love life. And food.

Food is my life, not just my career. Food has always been a part of me. It is embedded in my feelings, thoughts, my past and future, a source of strength, creativity and inspiration. Food is the foundation of all my memories - my family, my country, my friends, my favourite travel destinations, my favourite producers and products, my culinary colleagues, my fellow food lovers, and everything beautiful from which food, the foundation of life is grown.
